RETURN POLICY
ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of being placed.
After this period, the order is automatically forwarded for processing and preparation for shipment, which means cancellation can no longer be guaranteed.
If the order has already been processed or shipped, the customer may request a return after receiving the product in accordance with the return policy below.
RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
At Khalid & Layla Boutique, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If for any reason your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
The return period expires 30 days after the day on which you, or a third party appointed by you (other than the carrier), physically receives the product.

RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return, the product should:
- be in good condition
- be undamaged
- preferably be returned in its original packaging
Products may be inspected in the same way they would be in a physical retail store. However, if the product has been used more than necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functionality, a reduction in the refund amount may apply.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the product.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as Khalid & Layla Boutique cannot be held responsible for return shipments lost during transit.
Customers are also responsible for any customs duties, import charges, or additional fees related to returning the package.
UNCLAIMED OR REFUSED PACKAGES
If a package is refused or not collected and is returned to the sender, we reserve the right to deduct any shipping costs, return handling costs, and logistical fees from the refund amount.
REFUNDS
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will process the refund.
Refunds will be issued within a maximum of 14 days after receiving and approving the returned item or receiving valid proof of return shipment.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method originally used during checkout.
