Article 1 – Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

Cooling-off Period:

The period during which the Consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal.

Consumer:

Any natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business, or profession who enters into a distance contract with the Company.

Day:

Calendar day.

Durable Medium:

Any tool that enables the Consumer or Company to store information addressed personally to them in a way accessible for future reference and unchanged reproduction.

Right of Withdrawal:

The possibility for the Consumer to withdraw from the distance contract within the cooling-off period.

Company:

The natural or legal person offering products and/or services to Consumers remotely.

Distance Contract:

An agreement concluded between the Company and the Consumer within an organized system for distance sales, exclusively using one or more means of remote communication.

Means of Distance Communication:

Any method used to conclude an agreement without the Consumer and Company being physically present together.

Article 3 – Applicability

These Terms & Conditions apply to every offer made by the Company and to every distance contract concluded between the Company and the Consumer.

Before a distance contract is concluded, the text of these Terms & Conditions shall be made available to the Consumer electronically or by other appropriate means.

By placing an order on our website, the Consumer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

Article 4 – The Offer

If an offer has a limited validity period or is subject to conditions, this will be explicitly stated.

All offers are non-binding. The Company reserves the right to modify or withdraw offers at any time.

The Company aims to provide accurate product descriptions and images. However, minor variations in color, dimensions, or appearance may occur due to screen settings, manufacturing processes, or supplier differences.

All product images and specifications are indicative only and cannot be grounds for compensation or cancellation.

Each offer clearly states:

• Product pricing
• Shipping costs (if applicable)
• Payment methods
• Delivery methods
• Whether the right of withdrawal applies
• Estimated delivery times
• Applicable taxes and import duties

The Consumer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or additional governmental fees applicable in their country.

Article 5 – The Agreement

The agreement becomes valid once the Consumer accepts the offer and completes the checkout/payment process.

The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases including but not limited to:

• Suspected fraud
• Incorrect pricing
• Product unavailability
• Payment issues
• Violation of these Terms

Electronic communication and transactions are secured using commercially reasonable security measures.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 30 days after receiving the product, without providing any reason.

During this period, the Consumer must handle the product and packaging with reasonable care.

To qualify for a return, products must:

• Be unused and unworn
• Be returned in original condition
• Include original packaging whenever reasonably possible

The Company reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Article 7 – Return Costs & Refunds

If the Consumer exercises the right of withdrawal, all return shipping costs are fully borne by the Consumer.

As our products may be shipped from international fulfillment centers or suppliers, return shipments may need to be sent to an international return address provided by customer support.

Refunds will be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Approved refunds will be issued within 14 business days after receipt of the returned item.

Shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and handling fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Article 8 – Exclusion of Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal may be excluded for products:

• Made according to customer specifications
• Personalized or customized items
• Hygiene-sensitive items
• Products unsuitable for return due to their nature
• Perishable goods
• Items damaged due to misuse by the Consumer

Where applicable, such exclusions will be clearly stated before purchase.

Article 9 – Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.

The Company is not obligated to honor pricing errors caused by typographical mistakes, technical issues, or system malfunctions.

The Company reserves the right to adjust prices due to changes in taxes, shipping costs, supplier costs, or currency fluctuations.

Article 10 – Product Compliance & Warranty

The Company aims to supply products that conform to the agreement and reasonable quality expectations.

Any manufacturer warranties apply independently from statutory consumer rights under applicable law.

Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, or improper handling are excluded from warranty coverage.

Article 11 – Delivery & Fulfillment

The Company will process orders with reasonable care and efficiency.

Estimated delivery times are indicative only and not guaranteed.

The Company is not liable for delays caused by:

• Customs clearance
• Courier disruptions
• Force majeure events
• International shipping delays
• Incorrect customer information

Risk transfers to the Consumer once the order has been delivered to the provided address.

Article 12 – Payments

Unless otherwise agreed, payment must be completed immediately upon placing the order.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or cancel orders in case of failed or suspicious payments.

Article 13 – Complaints Procedure

Complaints regarding products or services must be submitted to customer support within 7 days after discovering the issue.

Article 14 – Intellectual Property

All website content, including logos, branding, images, product descriptions, and designs, remain the intellectual property of the Company unless otherwise stated.

Article 15 – Liability

The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of products or services purchased through the website.

The maximum liability of the Company shall never exceed the amount paid by the Consumer for the relevant order.

Article 16 – Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts within the UAE, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
